How do I determine the right size of stand for my pet?

We offer a variety of different bowl stands heights.  


How long will it take to get my order?

Most Madrock Design Woodworking products are made-to-order so please allow 2 to 4 weeks before your item is shipped. If your item is in stock please allow 5 to 7 business days before your item is shipped. Business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include holidays.

What if I need my order right away or have other special delivery requirements?

You can provide special delivery instructions through email and we will do what we can to meet your needs and provide you with additional special pricing.

What happens if my order is damaged in delivery?

If there is any damage to your order contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to get your order re-sent to you.


How do I return an item?

Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide your name, the description of what you are returning and the reason for the return. *Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds for custom painted or finished wood products.

Ship the item(s) using any shipping method you prefer. We suggest using a method that can be tracked. Madrock Design Woodworking will not assume responsibility for any return shipping fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred. Madrock Design Woodworking is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost in the mail by the shipper you have selected.

All returns must have an RA# issued by us. Any returns without an RA# will be refused and returned to you. Items should be received within 30 days (postmarked no later than 15 days). 

Orders outside of Canada may have customs/duty applied at the border by your country. This is beyond our control. Most orders are custom made on demand. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if this the shipment is refused by you due to customs/duty charges of any kind. Shipping costs of any kind will not be refunded.


How do I take care of an item that has been painted with Cottage Paint?

For the first 30 days do not allow moisture on uncured Cottage Paint treated surfaces. After 30 days wipe dry wipe or wipe with a damp cloth, if necessary wipe with a soapy damp cloth. After the 30 days care for it like any varnished surface.

How do I take care of an item that has been finished with Rubio Monocoat?

For the first 21 days do not allow moisture on uncured Rubio Monocoat treated surfaces. After 21 days dust, dry wipe or wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use cleaners.

How do I take care of an item that has been finished with Odies Oil?

Clean whenever needed with a white vinegar and water mixture (1:10 dilution). Use Odie’s Oil as a touch up when needed.
